Executive search processes at G-Nius
At G-Nius, personal contact and personal guidance are important to us. That is why we work with a fixed point of contact. Every client works together with a business manager. He or she will personally guide the entire process so that the right match can be made.
During an extensive introductory meeting with the client, the business manager clearly maps out all the wishes. All criteria are discussed here. In addition to the desired knowledge and experience that a client desires, the business manager also maps out the desired character traits of the right professionals.
With this profile we can look for the most suitable IT professionals. After posting the vacancy, we select the CVs that best match the wishes of our client. Based on this selection, a first introductory meeting is held with the professional. During this interview we look at the qualities and talents of the professional and whether he/she fits in with the client’s company.
With the knowledge we gain from these interviews, we select the most suitable professionals and present them to our client. They now can assess the proposed profiles themselves and to choose who they want to meet. This usually results in 1 or 2 introductory meetings with the professional and the client.
When there is a match, we will inform the professional. If both parties are enthusiastic, the terms of employment can be drawn up and the professional enters the employment of the client.
