After living in Amsterdam for twelve years, I settled back in beautiful Brabant with my family. In my free time, I enjoy the Burgundian lifestyle, love to stay active, and am a proud mother of two sons.

Travel is a passion of mine, though it takes a bit more planning these days with a young family.

For the past six years, I’ve worked in the SaaS environment, starting as a Sales Consultant (consultative selling) and growing into the role of Sales Manager. In May 2025, I returned to the field of recruitment — a sector I was active in for five years prior.

‘My name is Kyra van Zelst, 19 years old and a third-year Business Administration student at Avans University of Applied Sciences in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. In the coming months, as part of my internship assignment, I will make the recruitment process more efficient and effective.

I came to G-Nius through a previous intern. During the first conversation, I immediately got a good impression and a genuine feeling of mutual interest.

In addition to my studies and internship, I like to be active. I like sports, doing fun things with friends, and enjoying festivals. I look forward to expanding my knowledge, gaining a lot of experience, and, of course, helping G-Nius take a step further!

‘I am Senna van Venrooij, 20 years old, and I live in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, where I was also born and raised. By nature, I am curious, social, and determined. When I want to achieve something, I give it my all to reach my goal. These qualities support me both in my studies and in my personal life.

I am studying Commercial Economics at Avans University of Applied Sciences in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, where I am further developing my marketing, entrepreneurship, and business administration skills. Let me introduce myself.

Mike van Strien, 37 years old and living in Berkel-Enschot with my wife Anouk and sons Raff (4),Dex (2) and Vic (0). Besides working I am involved with the local football club as an assistant coach of the first team and I am a real club man.

I like to spend the time that is left with friends or of course my family. A day out, a nice drink with friends, or just relaxing and watching a series on Netflix can all make me happy.

Employed at G-Nius since September 2022, but before that, I had many years of experience in the world of secondment.

My strength lies in the personal. Connecting on a personal level is necessary to build a strong relationship in which I can advise or support a client or professional in their company or career.

Through attention and genuine interest, I am able to find out what motivates and drives someone and I can embark on a journey with someone to get the most out of their career.

As a mother of two young children, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is very important to her. In her free time, she enjoys being active and loves Salsa and Bachata dancing, where she is just as passionate as in her work.

Muriel van Holt lives with her family in Rosmalen, The Netherlands. After studying Business Innovation, she started working in marketing and communication. Over the passed years she gained a lot of experience and knowledge as an (online) marketing specialist in retail and e-commerce. After this it was time for a new challenge in a new industry. Since June 2023 she is working at G-Nius. Together with Suzanne she is responsible for the marketing and communication.

At home, Muriel enjoys spending time together with her son (5 years old) and daughter (3 years old), and as a family they love to go on trips. The zoo and amusement parks are currently favorites. But Muriel also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She won’t turn down a drink or dinner with friends. However, an evening on Netflix can also make her very happy.

Valerie van Arkel lives in and is from ‘s-Hertogenbosch. She graduated in June 2023 from the Business Administration program. During her studies, she got acquainted with the field of recruitment. Throughout her internship for her education, Valerie has already completed a successful and educational internship period at G-Nius.

The reason for returning to G-Nius is the opportunity I had to develop myself. The entire team is ready to support and challenge each other. This comes with a positive and pleasant working atmosphere within G-Nius. There is open and transparent communication among ourselves, as well as with the clients and professionals. Suzanne Verheijden lives in Berkel-Enschot. After completing her studies, she worked as a communications officer in the retail and e-commerce sector. After a stint in the real estate industry, she was ready for a new challenge that aligned with her passion for marketing and communications.

On her days off, Suzanne always focuses on her family. She regularly goes out with her daughters to discover nice places in the Netherlands and beyond.

If she has some spare time, she enjoys sports. Her favorite activities are running, fitness, and mountain biking. She also loves good food and socializing. Therefore, she often meets up with friends to cook together and enjoy a meal.
