Your Project Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in implementing a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system tailored to meet specific procurement and supplier management requirements. This project-based role, designed for approximately 12 months with renewable 3-month contracts, is your chance to manage the SRM solution from kickoff to delivery, coordinating across teams and ensuring critical procurement-related decisions are timely and effective. You'll also support business analysis to enhance supplier onboarding, adding significant value to the procurement function within a set timeframe.
With a focus on project-specific goals and outcomes, you will manage procurement priorities and deadlines, push forward critical decisions, and align all activities with the project’s defined objectives.
What Will You Do?

Define and maintain a project vision that aligns with procurement goals and broader organizational objectives within the SRM scope.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, navigating conflicting deadlines to keep the project on schedule.

Drive essential decision-making to ensure the project stays on track and meets procurement milestones.

Conduct business analysis for supplier onboarding, identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline procurement workflows.

Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders on key procurement milestones and project performance.

Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communication, ensuring alignment across departments and with external suppliers and partners.
What You Bring

A Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally within a procurement-focused or technical environment.

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management, including experience with SRM systems.

Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that drive procurement-related projects forward, despite competing priorities.

Business analysis experience in procurement, particularly in evaluating and improving supplier onboarding processes.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Expertise in Agile methodologies and practical experience managing project timelines.

Effective communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around procurement goals.
