Low Code Event | Innovation Friday

On Friday, December 13, 2019, the Kadaster organized an Innovation Friday at the Brug location in Apeldoorn with the theme “low code.”

Representing G-Nius, Erwin Hilgerdenaar and Marcel Roestenberg participated to learn about the possibilities of this model-driven software.

During the general part of the day, the following questions were addressed:

  • What is low code?
  • Why low code?
  • Pros and cons of low code?
  • What does low code mean for my organization?
  • Current market developments related to low code?

In addition to sharing experiences, the goal was to realize a piece of functionality using a low code platform based on submitted use cases. Business representatives gained an impression of the position and possibilities of low code on this day. Developers and interested individuals took on the challenge and built a portion of functionality using low code.

Many of G-Nius’ clients are involved in the development of low-code platforms, so this is a trend we will closely follow.

JDA Focus Connect | 2018

Last week G-Nius attended the annual Focus Connect event of our partner JDA in Barcelona. The conference took place from 6 to 8  November, where more than 500 professionals from the Logistics and Retail industry gathered to share experiences, broaden their network and to gain more knowledge regarding JDA. By means of interesting presentations by companies such as Kuehne Nagel, Renault and DHL, new insights were gained in the latest developments and trends of WMS. Naturally, G-Nius will share the obtained knowledge with our WMS professionals to make sure that we are able to serve our clients in the best possible way.
